User Content
Saved experiences, interview practice answers, AI prompt inputs, generated drafts, transcripts, and other interactions created through the Service.
AI Processing Data
Information processed by OpenAI's API, such as prompts, uploaded text, transcripts, job-related materials, and related interactions used to generate AI-powered content or analysis. Per OpenAI's API data usage policies, API data is not used to train public models by default.
Usage Data
Information about how you interact with our platform, including the pages or features you use, timing data, and technical or diagnostic data to help us improve performance.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Payments
To process subscription fees or other payments securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.
Service Improvements

AI-Generated Features
To share prompts, uploaded text, transcripts, and related interactions with OpenAI to generate personalized outputs, transcriptions, and analysis.
Communications

Supabase
We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage functions. Supabase may process account information, saved content, uploaded files, resumes, documents, and related service data under its Privacy Policy.
Vercel
We use Vercel to host and deliver parts of our website and application. Vercel may process request, device, log, and performance data under its Privacy Policy.
Google Tag Manager
We may use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags on our website and application. Google Tag Manager acts as a deployment layer, while any downstream analytics or advertising tools remain governed by your cookie preferences and Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not handle or store full payment details. Stripe processes payment information under its own Privacy Policy.
OpenAI
Prompts, uploaded text, transcripts, and related inputs may be sent to OpenAI's API to provide AI-generated features. OpenAI may retain certain API data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and API data usage policies.
Other Providers
We also rely on hosting, infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and support providers. The privacy practices of those providers are governed by their own policies.

8. Data retention
User Content
We retain user content for as long as needed to operate the Service, support your account, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Audio uploaded for transcription is intended for transient processing and is not kept longer than reasonably necessary to complete the transcription workflow.
Account Data
Account data is retained until you delete your account or request erasure, subject to any legal, billing, backup, security, or audit retention needs.
Billing and Legal Records
We may retain billing, subscription, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records for as long as reasonably necessary to meet contractual, accounting, tax, security, or legal obligations.
Deletion Requests and Backups
If you delete content, clear in-app data, or request account deletion, some information may still remain in backups, logs, billing records, fraud-prevention systems, security records, or legal-compliance archives for a limited period where reasonably necessary.
OpenAI Data
OpenAI may retain certain API data for abuse monitoring under its own Privacy Policy and API data usage policies.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as long as legally required.

This includes security measures from our hosting, database, and infrastructure providers, including Vercel and Supabase, limiting access to personal information to personnel and contractors on a need-to-know basis, and operational safeguards around the Service.
Stripe
Stripe provides secure payment processing and handles payment information directly under its Privacy Policy.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

By using our Service, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, where Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and other providers may operate.

Our Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Failures or breaches by external providers, including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, or other providers we rely on.
User Negligence
Unauthorized account access resulting from weak, reused, or compromised credentials.
Accuracy of AI Feedback
Inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback, drafts, scores, or outputs. AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and should not be treated as definitive professional, legal, or hiring advice.
