You may create an account using the sign-up methods made available by us. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@interviewspilot.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Purpose

The Service provides AI-assisted tools for resumes, cover letters, job application tracking, application-answer drafting, ATS-style checking, and interview practice.

Disclaimer of Employment Outcomes

AI-generated feedback, drafts, scores, and outputs are intended for informational, practice, and productivity purposes only.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using the Service will lead to employment, interviews, offers, or specific job-related outcomes.

Third-Party Dependencies

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and other hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and support providers. Outages or disruptions caused by those providers are beyond our control.

Access to certain features of our Service is provided through a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Each subscription renews automatically under the same conditions unless it is cancelled by you or terminated by us.

Stripe Payments

All subscription payments are processed via Stripe. By using Stripe, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policy.

No Storage of Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe handles payment information directly.

Subscription Renewals

Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage users to utilize the free version of our Service before subscribing to the paid version.

All purchases are final once charged. We do not offer refunds for partial use or unused subscription periods.

Free Plan and Trials

We may offer a free plan, trial access, or limited free features at our discretion. We may revoke, remove, or modify the free plan or those free features at our discretion.

Fee Changes Policy

Subscription fees are subject to change at our discretion. Any adjustment will be implemented at the start of a subsequent billing period. We commit to providing notice of fee changes so you can cancel your subscription before the new fees are applied. Continued use of our Service after a fee adjustment signifies acceptance of the updated subscription terms.

Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or post or transmit content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service, its code, or its third-party integrations, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Respect Intellectual Property

Use the AI-generated or platform-provided content only for lawful, personal use. Do not claim ownership over content created by the Service where such ownership does not belong to you.

Rights to Uploaded Content

Only upload or submit resumes, job descriptions, application materials, recordings, notes, and other content that you own or have the legal right to use and provide to the Service.

Vercel

Parts of the Service are hosted or delivered using Vercel. Issues arising from Vercel's systems, services, or policy changes are outside our control. See Vercel's Terms and Privacy Policy.

Supabase

We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage functions. Issues arising from Supabase's services or changes are outside our control. See Supabase's Terms and Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Payments are facilitated by Stripe. We are not liable for issues arising from Stripe's services or changes they make to their platform. See Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to process prompts, uploaded material, transcripts, and generated outputs. By using those features, you accept the terms and policies that apply to OpenAI's services. See OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Other Providers

We also rely on other hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and support providers. We are not liable for outages or technical issues arising from those providers.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in suspicious or abusive activity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and any data or content you provided may be deleted at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss of data or content due to account suspension or termination.

Our Content

All content provided through the Service, including text, images, logos, software, layouts, and other materials, is owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use such content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the materials you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Output

To the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party provider terms, you may use the generated output you receive from the Service. Similar output may also be generated for other users.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that AI-generated feedback, drafts, scores, or outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

We do not warrant that the Service will be free of errors, viruses, interruptions, or downtime. We are not responsible for any data loss or damages arising from Service interruptions or downtime.

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Third-Party Actions

Issues arising from or caused by third parties, including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, or other providers we rely on.

AI-Generated Content

Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated content, feedback, drafts, scores, or outputs.

User Negligence

Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers harmless from any claim, demand, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Modification Rights

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the website together with the updated effective date.

Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must cease using the Service.
